Pioppino Mushrooms

Naturally grown pioppino mushrooms aka "black poplar mushroom". Pioppinos are very woodsy and earthy tasting. The stems are crunchy, even after cooking. Great for soups, risottos and anything you need a bold mushroom flavor for. Keeps very well in the fridge.
